Director's Functions

Pre-game dining is available in the Apollo Room.

A sumptuous menu including plated main courses followed by delectable desserts will be complemented by a beverage selection of beers, fine wine and soft drinks. For the first time in 2008/09 the opportunity exists to host this networking event and own the evening. You could provide promotions, guest speakers, plasma screen advertising and so much more. Don't forget to come back to the Apollo Room after the game for the official game debrief.

A sample menu (36ers vs Wollongong Hawks on Friday 21st September) is as follows:

Tapas platter

• May include grilled chorizo, marinated calamari, haloumi, kalamata olives, pickled vegetables, potato tortilla and assorted dips with grilled flat bread

Main

• Oregano marinated lamb shoulder stuffed with raisins and pine nuts served with roasted potatoes and red onions

Vegetarian Option

• Spinach and ricotta cannelloni, roast tomato and basil sauce
• Seasonal green salad to share and individual bread rolls

Dessert

• Lemon curd tart with double cream and poached strawberries

Beverages

• Coopers beer
• Fosters wine
• Coca Cola soft drinks
