About the Dome

The Distinctive Homes Dome stands as the home of the Adelaide 36ers since 1992, and has proven to be a real home fortress for the team.

Purpose-built for basketball and especially for the 36ers, the Distinctive Homes Dome holds up to around 7,800 fans in courtside boxes, standard seating and elevated corporate suites.

At other times, the seating can be retracted to reveal additional courts on either side of centre court.

The Distinctive Homes Dome has gained deserved infamy as a tough venue for visiting teams. Solid crowds in the enclosed space mean that it can be one of the loudest team sport experiences in Adelaide. When fans fire up as a nailbiter goes down to the wire, the atmosphere in the Distinctive Homes Dome is incredible.

The venue includes a number of food shops, bars, the Apollo Restaurant (for pre-game dining and post-game interviews), staff offices and player/coach facilities.

Near the main entrance is the merchandise store where you will find new 36ers gear for yourself or friends.
