ADELAIDE 36ERS MEMBERSHIP – Terms & Conditions
Benefits and conditions of membership are subject to change and at the discretion of the Adelaide 36ers Pty Ltd.
An Adelaide 36ers Membership subscription provides access to entry to Adelaide 36ers games as designated by your package. There are no voting rights. Adelaide 36ers Membership fees are non-refundable and benefits are non-transferable. Memberships can be transferred to a like person, eg. Adult members may allow another adult to use their member ticket to a game they cannot attend.
On-selling Adelaide 36ers Membership benefits is a breach of the terms and conditions and penalties apply for offending members (including cancellation of Adelaide 36ers Membership)
Exchanges or refunds are not available on memberships or additional products purchased.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
Monthly payments for the 2015/16 season will begin in May 2015 and conclude in December 2015. When selecting the monthly payment option, you agree to be charged for previous months charges in the initial payment (if applicable) before it returns to the normal payment schedule in the following month.
CREDIT CARD FEES
A credit card fee of up to 1.95% per transaction will be charged for every transaction. This includes the fee for each monthly payment plan and outright payments for memberships.
Adelaide 36ers Members are required to carry their membership card with them when attending a home game or club function. Adelaide 36ers Members who do not have their card with them when attending a home game may be required to pay an entrance fee.
LOST / STOLEN ADELAIDE 36ERS MEMBERSHIP CARDS
If an Adelaide 36ers Membership card is lost, the member will be required to provide the Adelaide 36ers with appropriate identification when receiving a card replacement. A fee of $10 may apply.
In the instance of a stolen Adelaide 36ers Membership card, the Membership card will be replaced at no cost upon provision of a police report detailing the theft.
ADELAIDE 36ERS MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT
Whilst barracking and supporting your club is a vital part of the game, offensive language or offensive behaviour and gestures are not in the spirit of the game. Likewise, aggressive behaviour, including yelling and swearing will not be tolerated. Furthermore, Adelaide 36ers Members who consume alcohol of a game day are to do so responsibly so that their behaviour does not adversely impact the event for other patrons within the stadium and surrounds – drunkenness will not be tolerated. Adelaide 36ers Members who breach the behaviour code of conduct may face membership penalties including cancellation without refund. If an Adelaide 36ers Member is to encounter a problem on the day/night of a game, we ask that they contact an attendant or security guard to assist in dealing with the problem.
GENERAL STADIUM RULES
Patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol into any venue and must adhere to strict restrictions placed on alcohol consumption in designated areas in the venue. It should be noted that glass containers and drink cans are not permitted it the venue, unless supplied by the venue caterer. Smoking: The Adelaide Arena is a smoke free venue.
All dining rooms within the Adelaide Arena maintain dress standards. The dress standard is neat casual – thongs and singlets are not permitted. Replica basketball singlets may be worn. Adelaide 36ers Members who are not appropriately presented may be denied entry.
Adelaide 36ers Membership does not allow you access to any finals games played at the Adelaide Arena, however your membership gives you first rights to purchase your seats for the finals.
The Adelaide 36ers recognises the importance of your privacy. All information collected by the Adelaide 36ers will be handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Commonwealth privacy legislation and these terms and conditions.
Adelaide 36ers Platinum Members seats are situated in row C, D or E on the north or south side of the stadium. Platinum Members will receive a member’s pack and all related benefits as stated in your package.
Adelaide 36ers Gold Members seats are situated below the concourse level on the north and south side of the stadium and above the concourse on the north of the stadium. Gold Members will receive a member’s pack and all related benefits as stated in your package.
Adelaide 36ers Silver Members seats are situated below the concourse level on the east or west side of the stadium and above the concourse on the south of the stadium. Silver Members will receive a member’s pack and all related benefits as stated in your package.
Adelaide 36ers Bronze Members seats are situated in the final 7 rows of the South Upper Grandstand located above the concourse on the south side. Bronze Members will receive a member’s pack and all related benefits as stated in your package.
To obtain a concession discount on your Adelaide 36ers Membership you must show or supply a copy of your Federal Government supplied pension card or full time tertiary.
To be eligible for a Junior Adelaide 36ers Membership you must be under the age of 15 years as at 1 January 2015. Children under the age of 5 years may obtain free entry and are required to sit on the lap of their parent or guardian.
Full Members living in excess of 120km from the Adelaide GPO are eligible for Country Membership – when applying for the country membership for the first time, you will need to supply proof of residency (for example, copy of your rates notice, gas bill, etc) to establish the authenticity of your address and application. Members will be required to verify their country residential status each renewal period by submitting proof of residency with their Membership application. PO Boxes without supporting documentation will not be accepted. Country Members need to nominate their 5 preferred games as soon as possible. If the Country Member does not select 5 games to attend, no refund will be given for games not attended.
An Absentee Membership allows you to place your membership on hold for a season and allows you to return to the same membership status and seat number when your circumstances change. A fee of $50.00 applies per season.
