Imports who already know the NBL and have proven themselves capable of doing well in it are invaluable and that's what makes the Adelaide 36ers so excited to have added Kell for NBL24.

Spent his first season in the NBL at the South East Melbourne Phoenix in NBL23 where in his 24 appearances, averaged 12.5 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists a game while shooting 36 per cent from three-point territory.

He had a good season with the Phoenix and now the 36ers will be looking for him to build on that further in his first season with them and with the knowledge and familiarity he has built up of the NBL.

Kell was already a well-travelled professional by the time he arrived in the NBL last season since his college career at San Diego State University.

He started his pro career playing in Bosnia before stints in the Canadian NBL, Hong Kong, Poland and Italy including winning a 2022 championship most recently with Olimpia Milano before joining the Phoenix, and now the 27-year-old is focused on helping the 36ers rise in NBL24.
