After impressing across three seasons in the NBL1 East, the Sydneysider earnt his first chance in the top tier at the Taipans’ open gym day last season, with the club recruiting him as a development player for the 2024-25 season.

First hitting the court in his home town, Higgins-Titsha immediately impressing with a four-point, four rebound and four block performance in only five minutes of action.

Taking advantage of wide-spread injuries, the 202cm forward pushed himself into the starting unit in only his third appearance, with a 11 point and 11 rebound double-double against the Bullets earning him a starting role in a series of other games.

Closing out the campaign with an average of 6.2 points, 3.9 rebounds and just shy of a block per game, Higgins-Titsha claimed the Taipans’ Coaches Award before going on to represent Australia at the FIBA 3x3 Champions Cup and Asia Cup – being named in the Team of the Tournament at the former.

Now entering his second year in the league, the forward has been elevated to the roster and will be looking to build on his impressive first season in the NBL.
