The Adelaide 36ers face a tough start to NBL27 with three of their first four games being played away.
The Sixers will tip off the Hungry Jack's NBL27 season against Melbourne United at John Cain Arena on Saturday 19th of September in a blockbuster season opener which will see former NBA star Joe Ingles make his United debut against his hometown club.
It will be one of 11 36ers games that will be broadcast on free to air television under the new agreement with Channel 9.
The agreement means two Saturday night games each week will be broadcast live on the 9Network and 9Now, in addition to all games being available live on ESPN.
The Sixers will then head to Perth for a highly anticipated match-up with the Wildcats, with new 36ers coach Trevor Gleeson returning to the city with which he won five NBL Championships.
The Sixers won’t play at home at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre until they host Cairns in their third game of the season on Sunday, 27 September from 4:30pm.

It’ll be the first of four straight away games in October for the Sixers with trips to follow to Tasmania, South East Melbourne and New Zealand.
They will then return to Adelaide for three consecutive home games in November against Brisbane, Illawarra and Melbourne United.
