The Adelaide 36ers are proud to announce a new partnership with ArenA, an Adelaide-based professional development and leadership consulting company, for the remainder of the NBL26 season.
As part of the agreement, the ArenA logo will feature on the back of the Adelaide 36ers’ playing shorts, marking the beginning of a collaboration built on shared values of high performance, resilience and personal growth.
Founded by local entrepreneur Frankie Marafioti, ArenA supports individuals and organisations to develop the mindset, emotional mastery, and self-leadership required to perform at their best when it matters most.
Mr Marafioti describes ArenA as “a modern training ground where people learn to step forward, face themselves and rise in their chosen arena, whether that be sport, business, career or life.”
Adelaide 36ers CEO Nic Barbato said the partnership is a natural fit for the club.
“We’re delighted to welcome ArenA to the Adelaide 36ers family,” Mr Barbato said.
“Frankie has been a supporter of our club for some time and his work has had a genuine impact across different sectors, including in high-performance sport.
“This partnership is built on trust, shared values and a belief in helping people become the best version of themselves, both on and off the court.”
Mr Marafioti said the relationship was founded on substance rather than sponsorship.
“ArenA exists to help people perform at their best when it matters most. It’s about mindset, emotional mastery, self-leadership, and the courage to show up under pressure,” he said.
“The Adelaide 36ers embody those same principles - resilience, discipline, accountability, and growth - which makes this partnership an alignment of values, not a transactional arrangement.
“Through honest conversations and shared experiences, it became clear that we see high performance the same way - as something built daily through standards, self-awareness, and the willingness to do the inner work, not just the visible work."
The ArenA logo will make its on-court debut on the back of the Adelaide 36ers’ playing shorts during Friday night’s game against Tasmania.
