Please follow the steps below to book, upgrade or purchase additional seats. 

You will require the membership redemption number/s that were emailed to you to book your ticket/s and member number to access member pricing on any additional tickets purchased.

BOOK
No additional charges apply

1.  Go to the Adelaide 36ers page  on the Ticketek website.

2.  Select the game you wish to attend. 

3.  In the drop down box choose General Ticketing.

4. Under Find Tickets, enter your membership redemption number/s into the password box.
If entering multiple redemption numbers, put each number on a new line by pressing enter.

5.  When all relevant redemption numbers are entered, press Unlock tickets.

6.  Scroll down to General Reserved Seating ($0.00) and press Select.

7.  Select one of the highlighted sections on the Seating Map then scroll down to the Member Redemption Admit ($0.00) box/es and select the number of tickets you want to redeem from the dropdown.

8.  Choose your ticket delivery method and press Next.

9.  Move seats if desired. Press Go to checkout and complete the payment process.

UPGRADE
Additional charges apply

1.  Go to the Adelaide 36ers page on the Ticketek website.

2.  Select the game you wish to attend.

3.  In the drop down box choose General Ticketing.

4.  Under Find Tickets, enter the membership redemption number/s into the password box.
If entering multiple redemption numbers, put each number on a new line by pressing enter.

5.  When all relevant redemption numbers are entered, press Unlock tickets.

6.  Under Tickets, choose your desired seating category and press Select.

7.  Select one of the highlighted sections on the Seating Map then scroll down to the UPGRADE box/es and select the number of tickets you want to upgrade from the dropdown.

8.  Choose your ticket delivery method.

9.  Press Next.

10.  Move seats if desired. Press Go to checkout and complete the payment process.

Book & PURCHASE ADDITIONAL GENERAL RESERVED TICKETS

1.  Go to the Adelaide 36ers page on the Ticketek website.

2.  Select the game you wish to attend.

3.  In the drop down box choose General Ticketing.

4.  Under Find Tickets, enter the membership redemption number/s into the password box.
If entering multiple redemption numbers, put each number on a new line by pressing enter.

5.  Enter your member number on a new line underneath your member redemption number/s in the password box.

6.  When all relevant redemption numbers are entered, press Unlock tickets.

7.  Scroll down to General Reserved Seating ($0.00) and press Select.

8.  Select one of the highlighted sections on the Seating Map then scroll down to the Member Redemption Admit ($0.00) box/es and select the number of tickets you want to redeem from the dropdown.

9.  Underneath your member number, select the additional ticket/s you wish to purchase using the dropdowns provided.

10.  Choose your ticket delivery method.

11.  Press Next.

12.  Move seats if desired. Press Go to checkout and complete the payment process.

UPGRADE & PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TICKETS

2.  Select the game you wish to attend.

6.  When all relevant redemption numbers are entered, press Unlock tickets.

7.  Under Tickets, choose your desired seating category and press Select.

8.  Select one of the highlighted sections on the Seating Map then scroll down to the UPGRADE box/es and select the number of tickets you want to upgrade from the dropdown.

9.  Underneath your member number, select the additional ticket/s you wish to purchase using the dropdowns provided.

10.  Choose your ticket delivery method.

11.  Press Next.

12.  Move seats if desired. Press Go to checkout and complete the payment process.
