Leading Australian winemaker and internationally recognised brand, Jacob’s Creek, is proud to join forces with the Adelaide 36ers for the upcoming 2021-22 NBL season.
Paying homage to the brand’s South Australian roots, the partnership will see Jacob’s Creek proudly integrated into the club’s official pre-and-post match function which will be named the Jacob’s Creek Legends Room.
Pernod Ricard’s Head of Global Wine Delivery, Emma Baldwin, said Jacob’s Creek was thrilled to announce the Adelaide 36ers as its latest sports partnership in the brand’s home state of South Australia.
“At a time where sport has never been more important, Jacob’s Creek is excited to support the Adelaide 36ers for the upcoming NBL season which will see basketball fans reunite together once again. We are looking forward to recognising a talented team and celebrating sportsmanship over a glass of our award-winning range of wines in the Jacob’s Creek Legends Room”.
Speaking of the partnership, John Tsianos GM Commercial, said, “South Australia is world renowned for its wine and Jacob’s Creek is synonymous with this. The opportunity to partner with this prestigious organisation will allow the Club to continue to set the trend in sporting hospitality and entertainment across the State”.
The partnership will also see Jacob’s Creek support the Sixers’ coveted MVP Awards Night, while the Jacob’s Creek brand home located in the Barossa Valley will play host to an official 36ers business networking function.
2022 sees a major milestone for Jacob’s Creek, as the iconic wine brand celebrates 175 years since its vines were planted in the Barossa Valley. Quality wines with great expression, Jacob’s Creek’s partnership with the Sixers promises a quality season on the court.
