Antonius Cleveland is ready and raring to go as the Adelaide 36ers return to action against Melbourne United on Thursday night.
Speaking on Tuesday, Cleveland said it's been too long since they've been on court.
“I’m excited, it’s a great opportunity for me and the guys to get this thing on the right track after the break,” he said.
“We need to execute the game plan and establish an identity going forward and be consistent with that, but more so get the win.
“We’ve got a lot of guys who’ve represented their countries, it’s not as refreshing as other teams, but it’s good to get a week off and make you hungry to play again,” he said.
“It’s been 11 days in between games, so I’m ready to get back out there."
Cleveland added he's keen to visit Victoria and ready for the challenge of United.
“I love going to Melbourne to play, I love going to John Cain Arena, and they have Starbucks too which I enjoy,” he said.
“Melbourne’s a balanced team, Xavier Rathan-Mayes is having a great year, we know about Chris Goulding, Shea Ili is a great player too."
Tip-off is at 7.00pm ACDT.
