Sotto voted 2022 FIBA Young Player of the Year by fans

Adelaide 36ers center Kai Sotto has emerged as the FIBA Young Player of the Year (Men) in 2022 by fan vote.

Sotto beat out Iran's Mohammad Amini, Lebanon's Youssef Khayat and India's Kushal Singh to receive the award.

For the 36ers, Sotto is averaging 12.33 minutes, 6.17 points and 4.28 rebounds per game in NBL23.
