Adelaide 36ers are proud to announce St Paul’s College has joined the club’s High-Performance Program.
In its second year, the Adelaide 36ers High-Performance Program gives schools outstanding opportunities to grow their curriculum while involving a professional sporting club.
St Paul’s College will join Rostrevor College, Sacred Heart College, and Woodville High School as High-Performance Program schools.
Adelaide 36ers GM of Social Impact & Community Ross Wait said the High-Performance Program is a fantastic resource for schools to improve their skills both on and off the court and is thrilled St Paul’s has joined for 2024.
“The High-Performance Program is a great tool for the schools involved to connect with the club and use our skills and connections to improve their basketball and education programs,” Wait said.
St Paul’s College principal Paul Belton said the sport of basketball is extremely popular amongst the students.
“Through access to the 36ers club’s resources and knowledge throughout the year, this partnership will deliver outstanding opportunities to our students to develop in the sport,” Belton said.

Nicholas Gillard, St Paul’s College sport & co-curricular development coordinator, said the school community is excited about the opportunity to partner with the NBL club.
“Our students and families will get to experience high level coaching and leadership opportunities. We are thrilled to be a part of the 36ers family and are so excited to see where the program will take us,” Gillard said.
The club will provide the schools and participants with exclusive access to coaches, training sessions, coach education, leadership engagements, match day experiences and clinics.
Wait said the Adelaide 36ers High Performance Program is an addition to Pultney Grammar School signing as the club’s Official High Performance Academy partner earlier this year.
“The club partnered with Pulteney Grammar at the start of this year to be an Academy School for the next generation, this High-Performance Program is another project the club is excited about,” Wait said.
