The Adelaide 36ers have made the commitment this preseason to bring Kmart Gametime to Adelaide schools.
Facilitated and delivered by club Hall of Famers Brett Maher and Scott Ninnis, students get an opportunity to learn and matchup against some of their favourite NBL players.
Recently, the Adelaide 36ers have attended four schools; St Francis De Sales College, Pulteney Grammar School, St Mary’s Memorial School and Reynella East College.
Schools can receive a package which includes a clinic, where students selected by their school get to participate and learn from the pros.
They then get to apply the newly-taught skills against the pros in a five v five scrimmage.
To top it all off, all students attending either to participate or watch receive a Kmart Gametime singlet which can be signed by past and present 36ers players.
This provides South Australian schools with a one-off experience where students realize how tall and talented the players really are.
