Franks enjoying the fans' support

Adelaide 36ers recruit Robert Franks is embracing the love and support of the fans.

Franks was present as the first of the Club’s school holidays clinics got underway at St Clair Recreation Centre on Monday and was loving it.

“They’re awesome,” he said.

“The little kids think we’re rockstars and superheroes.

“To come out here has been awesome.”

Many questions asked by the attending fans were around the famous win over the Phoenix Suns, and Franks wasn’t surprised by the fanfare.

“For a team to go out there and play against the best in the world and go toe-to-toe and come out on the winning side…everything we got, we deserved,” he said.

“Now it’s time to make some more history and bring a championship to Adelaide.”
