Adelaide 36ers are excited to announce a new partnership with Master Builders SA, one of the state’s fastest growing associations that offers training and support to an industry that employs more than 80,000 workers.
Master Builders SA will be the presenting partner of the Born to Build Construction Industry Round when the 36ers host Sydney Kings at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Friday, October 11. A round which showcases an exciting new MBA program offering work opportunities for apprentices, called Born to Build.
Sixers CEO Nic Barbato said the club is thrilled to have Master Builders SA come on board for this important round tailored at young people who love their basketball and are also looking for secure and meaningful work in a growth industry.
“We see great synergy in this partnership because we know that a lot of young people who love sport are also looking for a career in an industry that is crucial for the future growth of South Australia and offers a good work life balance,” Barbato said.

Master Builders SA chief executive officer Will Frogley said his company is very proud to be affiliated with the Adelaide 36ers.
“Our association treats our members like a big family in the same way the 36ers values and fosters its relationships with fans,” Frogley said.
“The Born to Build program is the perfect opportunity for dozens of aspiring young people here today to start an apprenticeship and get paid, while learning a trade that can eventually earn more than six figures.
“We see physical and mental fitness as critical tools for those who play sport, and also for tradies – particularly when you’re on site or need to perform a physical job that demands excellence.”
