2026/27 Membership Platform Update 

 

We have moved to a new and improved membership platform to make managing your membership easier. 

What this means for you: 

• Login details: To access your account, you must now log in using the primary account holder’s email address. You will be required to reset your password and verify your account the first time you log in. Reset your password and verify your account HERE. 

• Payment plans: Payment plans are still available, but we are no longer using Debit Success. If you were previously on a part payment plan, your payment details have not been transferred to the new platform. To renew your membership, you will need to log in and update your credit card details. See more about this in the Enter / Update Payment Details section below. 

 

How do I access my online membership & ticketing account?

• You will need to log in here and click on the top right sign-in button.

• If you have already logged in before, you will just need to enter your email and password.

• If you have trouble logging in, please contact membership@adelaide36ers.com

 

How do I change/update my password?

Forgot Password 

If you have forgotten your login details, you can reset your password using the “Reset Password” link here. 

Click the Reset Password link.

1. Enter the email address registered to your account.

2. A password reset link will be sent to your email.

3. Follow the link in the email to create a new password.

This option is also available from the main login screen.

 

Confirm your Membership Renewal:

If you are currently opted in for auto renewal, and you take no action by the deadline of Thursday, 28 April, your membership will be automatically renewed for the 2026/27 season. 

If you wish to confirm your auto-renew for the 2026/27 season, please follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your membership account here 

2. Click ‘Reservations & Offers’ 

3. Select your reservation

4. Choose ‘Complete Online’ and confirm your details 

5. Select ‘Auto Renewal’

6. Select how you would like to pay

7. Add your payment method

8. Click ‘Order Now’ to complete your reservation

 

Cancel your Membership Reservation: 

If you wish to confirm your cancellation of membership for the 2026/27 season, please follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your membership account here 

2. Click ‘Reservations & Offers’ 

3. Select your reservation

4. Choose ‘Cancel Reservation’ 

5. Confirm your cancelation

If you chose not to renew for the 2026/27 season and you did not opt back in by Friday 19th of June, the seats attached to your account will be released.

 

If Paying by 10-part Payment Plan:

Members who have previously paid via a part payment plan (previously via Debit Success) must log in to their account on the new Membership portal, confirm their reservation and update their credit card details. Payment details for part payment plans from the previous season have not been saved.

4. Choose ‘Complete Online’ and confirm your details 

5. Select ‘Pay in Installments’ and add your payment method 

6. Click ‘Order Now’ to complete your reservation

 

Enter / Update Payment Details 

You can add or update your payment details at any time through your membership account. This ensures your payment information is up to date and helps avoid any interruptions to your membership. 

1. Log in to your membership account here. 

2. Navigate to the top right corner of the page and select Payment Methods. 

3. Enter your payment details if they are not already saved in the system. 

4. Update your payment details if required. 

5. Click ‘Save details

 

When does membership go on sale?

NBL26 members will be able to renew or change their membership for NBL26 from April 15 2026. 

When will my membership auto-renew for NBL27?

Members on an auto-renewal program will have their first payment deducted on April 28, 2026. More detailed information will be sent directly to renewing members regarding their specific membership product(s).

How do I renew my membership? 

All members will receive a renewal notice in the post and via email with instructions on how to renew. 

How long is the membership renewal period?   

Reserved seat members will have until June 19, 2026 to renew their same seat for the 2026-27 season. Any seats not renewed during this period will be offered to those members who have requested a seat change, with any remaining seats offered to those on the club’s membership wait list.

If I was not a member for NBL26, how do I get a membership?

Given the demand for our home games at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, full-season reserved seat memberships have been exhausted, however four and seven game memberships are still available. If you would like a full-season reserved seat membership, you can join our membership wait list for a fee of $10 per seat. Our NBL27 waitlist will be available shortly to purchase, in the meantime you can register your interest from our Membership home page. This will give you first rights to any full-season reserved seats that become available after our seat change requests have been accommodated, as well as other benefits including exclusive access to Adelaide 36ers E-News and 5% off merchandise.

How do I change my seat/s?

If you have filed a seat change request, the Adelaide 36ers membership team will contact you from late June, following the membership renewal period. If you would like to request a seat change and haven’t already, contact the membership team at membership@adelaide36ers.com. 

If I am a General reserve member, how do I ensure I redeem my seat?

General reserve members do not have an allocated seat, therefore for each game you would like to attend, you must redeem and book a seat. A handy guide is available on our website. It is advisable to book your seats as soon as you obtain your membership barcode as seats are subject to availability and games are likely to sell out.

 

What benefits do I receive as an Adelaide 36ers full season reserved seat member?  

As a full season Adelaide 36ers membership you will receive the following benefits. 

• Reserved seating to all 16 homes games of the regular 2026/27 season

When do I get my membership pack?

Membership packs will be posted from September 2026. It is up to each individual member to ensure they provide the most up-to-date address information to the Adelaide 36ers Membership team.  

Can I purchase a car park pass for the season?

Yes. Car parking passes are strictly limited and will be offered to renewing parking pass holders first. Passes are valid for the regular season. Any un-sold passes will be made available mid-2026. 

Who is considered eligible for a junior membership?  

Junior members must be aged 17 years or under as of 31 March 2027 to be eligible for a junior membership. Children under the age of 4 as of 31 March 2027 are admitted free when accompanied and seated on the lap of a parent or guardian. 

Who is considered eligible for a concession membership?  

Members who hold the following concession cards are eligible for concession membership:  

Commonwealth pensioner concession card  

Full time secondary student card  

Full time tertiary student card  

Commonwealth health care card  

Seniors card holders are not eligible for concession membership. 

All concession members are required to produce appropriate identification when requested at games.  

Can I share my season membership with family and friends?

Yes, you can. Adelaide 36ers memberships are fully transferable. If you can’t attend a game, help us keep the Adelaide Entertainment Centre full by sharing your membership with friends, family or anyone else who wants to support the 36ers. Please note, the individual using your membership needs to be eligible for your membership category (e.g. concession for concession, junior for junior etc). 

If you can’t attend and can’t pass your membership on to someone to attend in your absence, a seat return option is available. 

What are the membership payment options? 

Full payments and payment plans are accepted via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) through the Adelaide 36ers membership portal. Members who wish to pay via cash will have to purchase their membership in full at the Adelaide 36ers’ Office at Adelaide 36ers Arena, 44a Crittenden Road, Findon during business hours (Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm excluding public holidays).  

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, the club will offer a monthly* payment plan for the 2026/27 season through Debitsuccess to help members spread payments over an extended period. The eight-instalment payment plan runs from July 2025 until February 2025. If you purchase your membership on a payment plan after the July 2025 start date, the total cost will be split over the remaining months until February. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the instalment amount. Payment plans can only be set up via a valid credit card through the Adelaide 36ers membership portal. Members can contact Debitsuccess (1800 148 848) to request alterations to payments and schedules. 

*If the date falls on a weekend or public holiday, then it will be deducted on the next business day.  

Do members receive a discount on game day tickets?

Yes, all Adelaide 36ers 2025/26 members will receive a 10% discount on daily tickets for Adelaide 36ers regular season home games. Discounted tickets can be purchased via Ticketek or on game day. Please note, the discount does not include final series tickets.

Can I cancel my membership? 

Prior to renewing you may cancel your membership with no fees payable. Once purchased Adelaide 36ers memberships cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
