Cadee's flying form continues

Your Adelaide 36ers players were busy on the court this week, with plenty of big numbers from NBL1 action.

Jason Cadee's form continues to get better and better with two wins from two games in the NBL1 North competition with his Gold Coast Rollers.

First, Cadee had 21 points, seven rebounds and seven assists as Gold Coast rolled Mackay 101-89 on Friday night.

The following night he dominated proceedings as the Rollers comfortably account for the Rockhampton Rockets, 111-87.

Cadee finished the evening with a double-double with 33 points and 14 rebounds to go with five rebounds.

Gold Coast host South West Metro Pirates on Saturday night at Carrara Stadium.

Nick Marshall had a tougher weekend at the office, with his Mount Gambier Pioneers going down twice on the road in their NBL1 South fixtures.

Marshall had 11 fourth quarter points for 37 for the game, but it wasn't enough to claw his team over the line in a 106-105 loss to the Geelong Supercats on Saturday night.

Marshall finished with six rebounds and two assists to go with his game-high points tally.

On Sunday, Marshall had 17 points, four rebounds, four assists and three steals as the Pioneers lost to Melbourne Tigers 100-76.

The Pioneers host Waverley Falcons on Friday night.

Mitch McCarron's run of form continued for West Adelaide Bearcats in their 110-99 win against Central Districts Lions in NBL1 Central on Saturday night.

McCarron had 17 points, six rebounds, seven assists and five steals as he played the full 40 minutes.

West Adelaide next host Forestville Eagles on Saturday night.

New assistant coach Scott Ninnis' South Adelaide Panthers kept on their way with a 97-53 win over Southern Tigers.

South Adelaide has two challenging games this weekend, facing both North Adelaide Rockets and Sturt Sabres.

Recently signed development player Keanu Rasmussen had 16 points, six rebounds and two assists as his Sturt Sabres defeated Woodville Warriors 89-84.

Sturt put its foot down in the third quarter, outscoring the Warriors 33-14 in the third quarter to set up the win.

Sturt travels to Southern Tigers and South Adelaide this weekend.
