Adelaide 36ers appearance request forms must be completed and submitted to community@adelaide36ers.com

By submitting a Player Appearance Request Form to community@adelaide36ers.com you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the Player Appearance Terms & Conditions.

The Player Appearance Terms & Conditions outline the framework around requesting an Adelaide 36ers player/coach to appear at your event.
