The Adelaide 36ers are delighted to announce specialist law firm Workplace Law has re-signed for the NBL23 campaign.
Workplace Law will continue as the official coaches’ partner and include leadership and culture seminars conducted by head coach, CJ Bruton and will also include branding on the coaches’ apparel, digital integration and hospitality.
“I believe that the corporate world can best learn from sporting teams about how to build and maintain great team cultures”, said Director and CEO, Shane Koelmeyer.
“Having watched and listened to CJ Bruton I was impressed with his selfless leadership, commitment to creating a culture where opportunities are earned, and players are supported to be the best versions of themselves on/off the court.
“This has resonated with how we do things. His insights will be invaluable in helping our firm and our clients when it comes to maintaining excellence in culture and leadership.”
Adelaide 36ers CEO Nic Barbato praised Workplace Law for its continued innovative approach.
“As the Sixers have done this season, Workplace Law are investing in their team and I’m excited to hear how the partnership with CJ and the Sixers will add to their organisation and also to their clients,” Barbato said.
“As a club we’re proud to add value in such a unique manner”.
Workplace Law provides employers, across all industries, with legal advice and representation on workplace agreements and awards, employee behaviour and culture, employment law, WHS, workplace investigations, discrimination complaints and industrial disputes.
Workplace Law is also a trusted legal advisor to a broad range of community, state and national sporting clubs, associations and governing bodies.
