The Adelaide 36ers are excited to return to their traditional home and face the New Zealand Breakers this Saturday at 7:30pm at Adelaide 36ers Arena.

The stadiums' years of history and memories will be celebrated with the game marking the 20th anniversary of the Club's last championship at the Arena in 2002. The team will be wearing heritage jerseys to commemorate the anniversary.
Adelaide 36ers Chief Executive Officer Nic Barbato said “the Arena has a special bond with the 36ers family, and we are delighted to return for what is going to be a game to remember and celebration of our history. We also would like to acknowledge the significant sacrifices the entire New Zealand Breakers organization have made to participate in this season’s NBL competition away from family, friends, and the Club’s fans”.
NBL Hall of Famer and former 36ers champion Brett Maher said “I’m excited to catch up with the team from the 01/02 Championship. Looking forward to reminiscing about the year and see how everyone is going. I spoke to Willy last week and he's doing great back in the States, so I'm just looking forward to catching up with everyone and seeing what they've been up to".
Championship coach Phil Smyth will be at the game on Saturday and said "I follow the boys with interest and I'm excited to get down to the Arena and catch up with everyone from team and especially those I haven't seen in a while. There will definitely be some stories told and I'm looking forward to that".
It will be captain Mitch McCarron's first time playing at the Arena in a Sixers jersey.
"It's going to be a lot of fun. I remember coming here as a visitor and it's always a good time. I'm excited to do it as a player for the Club", McCarron said.
Tickets to the game are available here.
