Antonius Cleveland and Hapoel Eilat have made it four wins in a row with a 79-72 result over Gaili Elyon.
Cleveland finished with a double-double of 25 points and 10 rebounds as his team overcame a poor third period to win by seven.
The result has Hapoel Eilat in 10th position out of 12 teams with one game remaining, next Monday morning against Hapoel Tel Aviv.
Meanwhile, Robert Franks' inspirational performance wasn't enough as Gilbao Galil secured a bottom-placed finish in a 87-75 loss to Ironi Kiryat Ata.
Franks led his team with 25 points and six rebounds in the loss.
