Cleveland & Franks catch up with media at the 2022 NBA Summer League

NBL media caught up with Adelaide 36ers import Antonius Cleveland at the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.
Cleveland spoke on life in the off-season, playing with new Sixers teammate Robert Franks and moving to the City of Churches.
“I’m excited about the team [36ers], the opportunity, and I’m looking forward to it”, said Cleveland.
“They have a pretty good core group with Sunday and Mitch, and I think I can complement them. It was also Robo that was the icing on the cake for me. He’s someone that I can go there with and a high calibre player”.
Adelaide 36ers import Robert Franks is currently playing for the Boston Celtics in the NBA Summer League.
The 201cm power forward has high expectations going into the 2022-23 NBL season with the Sixers.
“To go and win is the bottom line. I think it’s a championship or bust year, so that’s just the mentality going out there - to go out and help Adelaide win a championship”, said Franks.
“Mitch McCarron is a great point guard and I’m excited to play with him. Obviously I’m looking forward to playing with my guy Antonius Cleveland – it’s going to be exciting over there”.
