The Adelaide 36ers are excited to announce Ken Cole and Erin Phillips as the club’s No.1 Ticket Holders.
Cole and Phillips join as No.1 Ticket Holders as the 36ers look to honour South Australian legends and bring state pride back to the club.
Adelaide 36ers owner and chairman Grant Kelley said Cole and Phillips were the perfect choice to be the club’s No.1 Ticket Holders.
“Ken and Erin are both extraordinarily high-achieving Australians, who epitomize the values of the Adelaide 36ers. I could not think of more fitting No1 ticketholders,” Kelley said.
Cole coached the Adelaide 36ers for two years and led the club to its first NBL championship success in 1986, the same year he was awarded the league’s Coach of the Year honour.
The 1964 Olympian said the emotions were high when he accepted the invitation to be the club’s joint No.1 Ticket Holder with Phillips.
“This is a huge honour, and I can’t thank the club enough for this opportunity,” Cole said.
“For what this club means to me and the history, this feeling is amazing.”

Phillips is a two-time WNBA champion, Olympian, WNBL champion and a 2006 FIBA World Cup winner on the basketball court before switching codes where her success continued as a three-time AFLW premiership winner and a two-time AFLW best and fairest.
Phillips said the No.1 Ticket Holder position is one she will cherish in what continues to be an elite professional sporting career.
“I was thrilled when I got the call to be asked to be the No.1 Ticket Holder, I didn’t really expect anything like this,” Phillips said.
“But I’m super pumped to be involved now and can’t to get started.”
Cole and Phillips will be courtside at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre throughout the NBL24 season and the best way to join them is by purchasing a membership today.
