With the arrival of Bul Kuol and three other players, the Adelaide 36ers can confirm the jersey numbers for the club’s Hungry Jack’s NBL27 roster.
Kuol joins a select group of just three 36ers to wear his number, while a couple of returning locals have reclaimed their numbers.
And a note, the numbers 4, 5, 15, 21 and 33 are retired jersey numbers for the 36ers.

23 Deonte Williams
He most recently wore 21 with the Bankstown Bruins in the NBL1 East competition but that number is retired at the Adelaide 36ers to pay tribute to the legacy of the great Daniel Johnson. Williams has also worn the number 6 during his stint with the Sacramento State Hornets, and the number 2 with Georgia Southwestern State University and South Georgia Technical College. Number 23 was famously worn by Mitch Creek for the Sixers before he shifted into the number 55, while the number was most recently worn by import Jarell Martin in NBL25.

25 Jacob Rigoni
Rigoni returns to the number 25 jersey he wore during his first stint at the club in NBL24, when he played 12 games for the club. After recovering from a year off due to an ACL injury, Rigoni impressed in the NBL1 Central competition with Sturt to be signed by the Sixers as a Nominated Replacement player. Though he has previously worn the number 7 with Sturt, most recently he shifted to the number 25, and he also wore that jersey with the Quinnipiac Bobcats during his time in the NCAA. Keanu Pinder, who now plays for the Cairns Taipans, wore the Number 25 for the Sixers in his 35 games during the 2020-21 season.

42 Bul Kuol
Kuol is the biggest name off-season signing with the club, after his much-publicised move from the Sydney Kings. The South Sudanese international slides into the same number 42 he wore with the Kings, though he also wore the number 0 there in his early days, having signed from Cairns where he wore 42 as well. Last season the 42 was worn by Che Brogan, who has headed off to college, and the only other Sixer to wear that number was Brogan’s uncle, 2002 Championship winner Dean Brogan.

43 Harvey White
White became Adelaide’s second Development Player when he signed in August slipping back into the same number 43 jersey he had during the NBL24 season. The determined guard, like teammate Jacob Rigoni, has earned a second stint at the club following two years away in the college system in the United States. With the Colorado Mesa University Mavericks, White wore the number 4, but he wore 43 in the underage South Australian state program and for both Sturt and the Southern Tigers in the NBL1 Central Competition. The 43 is best known at the Sixers for being worn by two-time NBL Champion Kevin Brooks.
