Jason Cadee continues his hot NBL1 North form with another huge game in Gold Coast’s 106-93 win against Townsville Heat last Friday night.
Cadee scored 30 points, which included five three-pointers and a perfect 11-of-11 from the free throw line, to go with 16 assists as the Rollers improved their record to 8-2 and they sit second on the ladder.
A huge 39-25 avalanche in the third quarter setup the Rollers’ eighth win of the season and Gold Coast now face Red City Roar on their Carrara home court this Saturday night.
Kyrin Galloway continues to recover from his thumb surgery and his Ipswich Force went down 101-90 to Northside Wizards on Sunday afternoon.
Ipswich now slip to third on the standings with a 7-2 record and the Force face NBL1 North league leaders Logan Thunder at home this Saturday night.

Nick Marshall starred for Mount Gambier, but the Pioneers lost their fourth straight match, 95-84 to Sandringham Sabres on their home court at Wulanda Recreation and Convention Centre.
Marshall scored a team-high 33 points, pulled down 14 rebounds and dished four assists but the home side could not recover from a 36-20 opening quarter onslaught from the Sabres.
Mount Gambier now slide to a 6-4 record and drop to seventh in the NBL1 South standings ahead of their home clash against Knox Raiders this Saturday night.
NBL1 Central had the weekend off due to the Basketball SA State Junior Championships.
