CJ educates on leadership

Adelaide 36ers coach CJ Bruton spoke at the National Wine Centre on Tuesday afternoon, sharing his experiences around leadership, business and teamwork.
Bruton spoke about his own playing and coaching experiences at the Pernod Ricard national conference as a special guest, and was delighted to be able to discuss a passion of his - leadership.
“It’s rewarding, it’s great to be able to represent the organisation and deliver on something that’s close to me,” he said.
“Hopefully they take something away from that they can use in the future."

Bruton said his passion for leadership developed over time.
“We all watch sports, documentaries and movies and all those hardships.
"Going through your own journey, I think we always feel like we’re the only ones going through it when we’re hurt or injured or lost a loved one.
“It’s at that point that you’re not the only one, embrace it and how do you utilise the people around you to strengthen you to be better in that space.”
